On Sunday, March 2nd, the 2024 Socrates Award recipients were honored at the Brennan Rehabilitation Foundation’s Annual Board and Advisory Board meeting. The Brennan Rehabilitation Foundation was also pleased to host Amanda Hogle, Recreational Therapist with Shriners Childrens Hospital, who was teh event’s honored guest speaker. Amanda’s presentation covered recreational opportunities available to SCI individuals, including both group and individual exercise options.
The Brennan Rehabilitation Foundation plans to participate in the 2025 Lake Forest Days Parade in downtown Lake Forest in August. A convertible Jeep with the foundation’s logo will be followed by our Junior Board Members passing out candy and index cards explaining the foundation’s mission and where to donate!
2025 Casino Night
The 2025 Double Down on Disabilities Casino Night Fundraiser will be held in November at Sunset Ridge Country Club in Northfield, IL.
